Who are we?

We are a company founded by Marcel Kasteleijn in 2019 because he has noticed that high-skilled IT-personel was hard to find in Europe while other continents have abundant employees who may fit the need of Europe.
Because it is hard to filter the top experts in a large worldwide group, it's near to impossible to connect the candidates to the most suitable businesses.
We've found a way to search, filter, test and select our employees.

Our mission

Living in an area with low opportunities, going to school or having mental, physical or cummincation issues can make finding a job an issue despite your skills.
We make it our mission to find the highly qualified people who have issues with using their talent and guide, educate, train them while providing usefull experience for their future. We will work together to an impressive resumè, hardskills and softskills so that you can start a nice career.

The SNA quality mark is a private certification system.
Companies sign up voluntarily and have their administrations frequently inspected for compliance with the standard requirements. This makes the entire sector more reliable and healthier.
